KOLE PETERSEN

Kole is a Fort Dodge native who is proud to be helping those in his hometown and beyond plan, invest, and save for every stage in life. He founded Full Swing Financial Planning in 2023 alongside Co-CEO Cole Jaeschke and COO Baileigh Ashbrook. 

Kole and the team have developed a process that puts the individuals and families they serve at the center of everything they do-- from investments and life insurance to developing a comprehensive retirement plan. The "full swing" approach means every detail is thoughtfully addressed, working together to help you move toward your goals. 

Kole has been in the financial industry since 2006. He got his start at Principal Financial Group, working in the 401(k) department. He passed the Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination and is registered as an LPL Investment Adviser Representative. He holds the Series 6, 7, and 63 FINRA licenses with LPL Financial and hold life, health, and accident insurance licenses in several states, including Iowa.

Kole has served on several boards, including the Leadership Fort Dodge steering committee, the Fort Dodge Country Club Board, and the First United Methodist Church Finance Committee. He is also a volunteer youth sports coach. 

Kole and his wife, Molly, have four children: Joseph, David, Elya, and Etta. They enjoy golfing, fishing, and cheering on the Chicago Cubs as a family.
