EMILY CUE

As a Client Service Specialist, Emily expertly balances ensuring authentic client experiences with vital behind-the-scenes tasks. She works directly with Kole Petersen to ensure that paperwork and other transactions are processed accurately and promptly. They also work together to ensure that clients receive a full-service experience with a personalized touch.

Emily began working for Kole in 2021. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail are an important part of keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring every interaction is handled with care and precision. She is passionate about connecting with people to deliver a well-coordinated, first-class experience. In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, she leads the planning and coordination of client events. 

She holds an Iowa life, health, and accident insurance license. 

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, coaching and attending her daughters' sporting events, and bringing Pinterest projects to life. She and her husband, Kaden have two daughters, Tatum and Lennon.
