BAILEIGH ASHBROOK

Baileigh Ashbrook is a founder, COO, and Financial Advisor at Full Swing Financial Planning, which she co-founded alongside Co-CEOs Cole Jaeschke and Kole Petersen. She plays a central role in shaping both the firm’s advisory philosophy and its operational foundation, ensuring clients receive thoughtful, coordinated, and highly personalized financial guidance. 

As a financial advisor, Baileigh believes planning goes far beyond numbers on a page. Her approach focuses on helping clients connect their money to their values, priorities, and long-term vision—bringing structure, confidence, and intention to every financial decision. In her role as COO, she also oversees operational efficiency, compliance, and internal systems, supporting advisors and clients with consistency and care. Baileigh holds the Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses through LPL Financial, along with life, health, and accident insurance licenses in Iowa. 

She co-hosts the podcast "How to Money with Cole & Baileigh," where she helps listeners build financial confidence through practical strategies, real-world stories, and candid conversations about money and life. 

Baileigh is a decorated athlete, playing four years of college basketball and being named a Junior College Athletic Association All-American. She was a member of the University of Sioux Falls team that finished in the Elite 8 and was inducted into the USF Sports Hall of Fame. Baileigh and her husband, Luke, have three children: Daymek, Kollins, and Kamdyn. She prioritizes staying active and spending intentional time outdoors with her family, but she also appreciates a quiet night at home, enjoying a great movie or game night.
