CLIENT SERVICE SPECIALIST
Alexa serves as Full Swing Financial Planning’s dedicated 401(k) Service Specialist, supporting advisors in plan services, in seeking to ensure retirement plans run smoothly, efficiently, and in full alignment with regulatory requirements.
From onboarding new plans to assisting advisors with distributions, loans, rollovers, and ongoing account questions, Alexa is the dedicated point of contact. When clients and employees have administrative questions, they can be confident that Alexa will get the job done with clarity, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
In addition, Alexa serves as a direct assistant to Co-CEO Cole Jaeschke, supporting client scheduling, operational coordination, and administrative execution to ensure a seamless experience across the firm.
Alexa and her husband, Tyler, stay busy with their five children: Toby, Theo, Lyla, Lucy, and Tyson. Summers are spent at the baseball field and swimming pool, and the entire family proudly cheers for the Green Bay Packers
